Do I have to give an employee a written contract?

Can one person start a company alone in Somalia?
Yes. A single individual aged 18 or over can found a company. Multiple individuals or other companies can also join together as founders. The minimum age of 18 is a firm requirement — no one under 18 can be a founding member.

Can the government seize my foreign investment?
